We were fortunate enough to have Chris come by our clinic to help us swap over our previous older thermostat to a Smart one. He first made sure that the device we were looking at was compatible with our heating/cooling system, and then double checked it before making the change-over. The whole process was quick and seamless (our clients didn't even realize we were doing any work!), but that didn't mean it wasn't informative.
